The plan runs for 12 to 18 weeks with some personalized strategies that set you on a great path. This plan is for experienced runners who can comfortably personalize and adhere to their own workout plans, but need higher accountability structure.

You get one-on-one support from your coach for the first two weeks to help build your confidence to carry on.
This plan does not include communication with your coach beyond the first 2 weeks of your training or any adjustments to your plan.
